Mrs. Annet Koster (1979) has built a varied career after completing university studies in law and political science. After starting as a lobbyist, she gained extensive experience in advocacy while working for the SME Netherlands trade association since 2005. Since 2018, Annet has been appointed as the Managing director of the Royal Association of Netherlands Shipowners (KVNR), promoting the interests of the Dutch shipowners.

Claudia Vella Casagrande is the Secretary General of the Malta International Shipowners' Association ( MISA) - the national association representing shipowners and bareboat charterers of Malta registered vessels. She leads the association's Secretariat and represents it locally, in European fora in particular in the various committees of the European Community Shipowners' Association (ECSA) and internationally in particular in meetings of the International Chamber of Shipping ( ICS).

Slawomir Baldyga is an experienced offshore specialist with extensive practical experience on an international scale. A graduate of Gdynia Maritime University and Gdańsk University of Technology, he has specialized knowledge in offshore, marine and energy projects and related regulations. Thanks to his practical experience in international projects, he has expertise in areas such as safety, quality, and certification of Offshore O&G, Offshore Wind, H₂, FLNG, LNG, FSRU and alternative fuels. Slawomir is a key member of various industry organizations and actively contributes to the development of the offshore wind sector in Poland.

Under her leadership, Plug has expanded both nationally and internationally, including the establishment of Plug Shore Power Ltd in the UK. Plug also operates Europe’s largest shore power facility for cruise vessels in Bergen, setting a new benchmark for sustainable port operations.

Dariusz Sawicki, CEO of Maritecs, is an expert in the design and construction of new ships as well as the conversion/retrofit of existing vessels. With 25+ years of experience, he leads complex shipbuilding projects—from initial concept drafts with clients to final approvals with classification societies. Sue’s credentials speak volumes: A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Public Affairs and Policy Chair for CILT and Vice Chair for CILT’s Ports, Maritime, and Waterways Sector Group. Miriam Camilleri has been involved in the transport industry for over 35 years with particular focus on the maritime sector. Miriam is the founder of MCConsult & Associates a boutique firm dealing, in the main, with flag, legal and corporate matters. Inter alia Miriam is the chair of the local branch of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, board member of the Malta Maritime Forum, member and former Vice Chair of the Malta Maritime Law Association and, Honorary Consul for Georgia in Malta.
