✧ Booth construction is only guaranteed after full payment for the booth space has been received.
✧ Payment must be completed no later than 2 weeks before the event.
✧ Exhibitors are required to deliver all print-ready files (including wall graphics, branding materials, and visuals)
within the deadline specified by the organizers.
✧ If payment is not received on time, the booth will NOT be prepared or built.
✧ Late delivery of print files or submission of incorrect / non-compliant materials may result in reduced brand-
ing quality, production limitations, or exclusion of printed elements.
