Inġ. Alex Tanti holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Sustainable Energy. He is a certified Energy Auditor and Assessor for Energy Performance of Dwellings, actively involved in various sustainability research projects and providing consultancy services. He began his career as a Project Engineer before joining the Institute for Sustainable Energy at the University of Malta, where he contributed to research on modular photovoltaic and insulation solutions. In 2024, he was selected as an EU Young Energy Ambassador. Currently employed as a Policy Advisor within Malta's Ministry for the Environment, Energy, and Regeneration of the Grand Harbour, he plays a key role in the deployment of offshore and onshore renewable energy. Alex also serves on the Chamber of Engineers Executive Council

With the title of M.Sc. in Ocean Engineering and Shipbuilding, faculty Ship Design, Adam started his active work as a designer in 1999 in Choreń Design and Consulting and continued later on as a project manager at the Northern Shipyard design office. Associated with Seatech Engineering Ltd design office since 2003 – starting as a co-founder, he took on further positions from head of hull department, through technical director, up to his current position as CEO.

Slawomir Baldyga is an experienced offshore specialist with extensive practical experience on an international scale. A graduate of Gdynia Maritime University and Gdańsk University of Technology, he has specialized knowledge in offshore, marine and energy projects and related regulations. Thanks to his practical experience in international projects, he has expertise in areas such as safety, quality, and certification of Offshore O&G, Offshore Wind, H₂, FLNG, LNG, FSRU and alternative fuels. Slawomir is a key member of various industry organizations and actively contributes to the development of the offshore wind sector in Poland.

Dr Mizzi serves as the head of research, development and innovation at Naval Architectural Services (NAS) Ltd. His expertise lie in hydrodynamics and CFD analytic techniques with a focus on activities dealing with improving the energy efficiency of marine vessels. Through his contribution, NAS Ltd. has adopted cutting-edge CFD techniques and expanded its specialised engineering and consultancy services. Furthermore, he represents the company in high-profile EU-funded research projects, focused on the development of energy-efficient maritime technologies. Kurt is actively engaged in state-of-the-art research to contribute to a more efficient, cleaner and safer marine environment.

Kurt Gutteridge, born in 1980, is a distinguished naval architect with over two decades of specialized experience in the maritime industry. He graduated with first-class honors in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, in 2003, and subsequently earned a Master of Science in Marine Transport Management from the same institution. Kurt began his career at the Malta Maritime Authority (now Transport Malta), where he served as a Flag and Port State Control Inspector. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, particularly those outlined in the SOLAS and MARPOL Conventions, across Malta-flagged vessels. Notably, in 2006, Kurt played a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of the first Malta Commercial Yacht Code, significantly enhancing Malta’s regulatory presence in the global superyacht industry.
